Winter is lonely
Walking down a hill
This project is a small photo essay about winter's feelings and how photography has a play in memory. It deals with the sense of a "bright loneliness". The feeling of walking hunched over a frozen hill and the cold seeping into your bones, repeatedly, day after day… And yet the light is bright in the snow and you walk yourself out, looking down, but hoping for the ice to melt. These days can become obsessive images repeating themselves in our memory, freezing time.
